Concierge Service
The Conceirge desk, located at the central entrance to the Club Level, is happy to assist you in obtaining a variety of additional services. The Concierge desk will provide ballpark information and serve as a message center.

Suite users will also be able to request a number of special services at an additional charge, by advance arrangement with the concierge or the Orioles. These services include photographic services, arrangements for birthday celebrations (including cake, flowers, balloons, etc.) for future games, and special transportation arrangements (including limousines). The Orioles will be happy to answer your questions about the availability of these additional services and their costs. Please call the concierge at 410.547.6265 or the Orioles at 410.547.6122

Cleaning & Maintenance
Arrangements will be made to clean your suite following each event. This service will include window washing, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning the wet bar and restrooms, waste removal, and full carpet care. Cleaning will also be provided following the use of your suite on non-event days.

Suite Recycling
Containers are placed under the sink of each suite for the recycling of glass and cans.

Sound & Video System
Each private suite is equipped with two 20-inch color T.V's. A VCR is provided in the suite lounge. A special state-of-the-art sound system has been designed for your suite. On game days, this systme will give you and your guest a choice of the in-house PA system, the Press Box sound system, or Orioles play-by-play on the radio.

Telephones
Each suite lounge is equipped with a telephone to help you stay in touch with the outside world while you are enjoying your suite. This telephone contains an in-house line for ordering food service in your suite and for contacting other in-house personnel if you need assistance or have questions. (You may use this directory page to record telephone numbers you use most often)

Suite holders or quest may make local free of charge, long distance calls may also be made, but only with the user's own credit card, and the user will be responsible for all long distance charges. The connection for the suite telephone is a modular jack, allowing suite users to hook up a fax machine in their suite if they desire. (users are responsible for all long distance faxes sent from their private suites.)

Incoming calls: You and your quest may dial your suite direcly from outside the ballpark by calling 410.625.71_ (insert your suite number) Incoming calls to the Orioles switchboard 410.685.9800 will be routed to the appropriate suite. Additional private or out side lines are available as a billable option.
