Alcoholic Beverages
Smoking Policy
ARAMARK Corporation, as a licensee, is responsible for the administration of the sales and services of alcoholic beverages in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of Maryland. Therefore, in compliance with the State law, all beer, liquor, and wine must be supplied by ARAMARK. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted to be brought into or out of Oriole Park at Camden Yards.

Maryland state law prohibits the consumption of any alcohol by any person under the age of 21. Suite guest are not permitted to take cans or bottles outside the suite itself. Disposable cups are provided if you wish to leave your suite. It is the responsibilty of the suite owner to ensure that no minors or intoxicated persons consume alcohol beverages in their suite.

Food & Beverages

Please keep in mind that only those food and beverage products that have been supplied by ARAMARK, may be brought into or consumed in the private suites.

The Club Level Concourse and seating bowl of the park are smoke-free. Private suite holders and their guest are prohibited from smoking in the Private Suite Lounge area of their suite,  in addition to the outdoor spectator seating area. However, smoking areas are provided in all covered ramp landings. They are located at sections.

Conduct

Private suite holders are responsible for their conduct and the conduct of their guest while in the suite. Suite holders and their guest are subject to all rules ad regulations governing the use of the Oriole Park at Camden Yards, including the prohibitations on creating disturbances, causeing objects to be thrown or dropped from suites, usingor possessing illegal substances, publicintoxication, or any other socially unacceptable behavior. The Orioles reserve the right to eject any person, including a suite holder or guest, who violates these rules or who is visibly impaired. We ask your cooperation in helping to make the private suites and the Club Level at oriole Park a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
